      블루타일랩은 ETRI 진단치료기연구실과 함께 국내 최초로 반도체 발광소자 기반의 920nm 펨토초 광섬유 레이저를 개발했다. 920nm 대역의 높은 생체 투과성을 초고속 펨토초 펄스로 안정적으로 구현해, 세포 내부 자발형광을 활용한 고해상도 이광자 현미경 영상 구현에 필수적인 기술이다. 블루타일랩은 공동사업화랩을 기반으로 소산성 솔리톤 구조를 적용한 광원 분석과 시스템 고도화를 추진했다. 그 결과, 2025년 연구개발특구 실증·스케일업 사업 선정, 미국 특허 2건 공동 출원, SCI급 논문 발표, 전문 인력 확충, 누적 투자 97억 원 달성과 이노비즈 인증, 정부출연연 기업가상, 2025 대한민국 혁신창업대상 등 다양한 기술·사업화 성과를 거두었다.
